Why? The PS3/360 version had extra stuff included and it looks better. Why wouldn't it be the version to buy?

-extremely long loading times

-loading screen crashes, among other bugs

-voice sync problems

 

Of course, all this might be fixed for the Western release.

The Japanese PS3 release was censored just as much as the Japanese Wii release was. No reason to believe that it would carry over for the PS3 version, but not the Wii version.
