What does that have to do at all with the OP?

Fact is that if the game was advertising the XBox360 version it must contain only XBox footage, even if it isn't gameplay.

 

This is about what S-E did and was found guilty of, not about which console gets better looking multiplatform titles.

How about that part, chief, or are you going to fly off the handle and ignore part of the article that you decided to make a thread off of?

What about it? It's part of the article, not to mention it has no relation at all to what I bolded in your post.

They are just saying that a ruling like this could have a negative effect on both companies.
