cause when GT4 launched the userbase was very less and PS3 was expensive,also GTA4 version was 640p.it was also not that good a game
PS3 userbase is alot higher right now and PS3 is very les expensive right now.it will be $199 or lower next fall surely and that will bring more userbase
SONY will also force RStar to make GTA5 on PS3 as good as 360 version or better.
and if it is one of the 3 exclusives that RStar and SONY have a contract about then it will even do 15m,not saying that it will be
