ME3 is supposedly going to be even MORE pointless without ME1. WHat about the Rachni Queen decision? What about the end decisions? There are so many choices you made in ME1 that kind of barely made it into ME2 that I suspect will come to fruition only in ME3. Furthermore maybe ME2 sales aren't that good because ME2 itself was a worse game than ME1.

thats your minority oppinion that ME2 is a bad game. in my oppinion its the best rpg of all time. and its sales arnt bad it will probably reach 2.5 million on 360 outselling the first game.
anyway without the first game it probably wont reach 500k copies. ME3 might hit 1M on ps3. i dont think bioware made the ps3 version hand in hand with other versions. i think EA pushed them to do it after the success of the game.
Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)
halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)
x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.
