Gamestation are less opinionated from what I've seen.

Whenever I go to GAME I see the guys at the counter trying to convince someone to do something they don't wanna do

Like this woman witha 10 year old kid, the guy on the counter was insistent they get a PSP not a DS that they wanted for Pokemon because the new pokemon games "suck"

Another time a person at the counter tried to convince me against trading in Dragon Age Origins, I was like the game is a bore now, just take it back, I don't like it as much as you! lol

So yeah Gamestation and HMV are better.
