they have done everything there can be done

they have anple budget to go extreme with everything

 

just because some devs have low budget and try to make one area stronger and other areas are left unpolished doesn't mean devs with bigger budgets have to do that same

I'm talking about hyper polishing games. My complaint is spending too much time and money on making every last detail perfect.

My complaint is not about good graphics.

why do you think its ultra polish

GT games basics are realism and polish and detail,if they don't do that they won't sell

and by polyphony's perspective even this isn't polished
