When X360s 250 debuted in US it was about 200k.

This week when X360s Arcade debuted the numbers jumped "only" 35k and they will go down.

 

What is here that you don't understand ? It's clear that Arcade isn't the main SKU in X360 sales.

Obviously the arcade isn't the primary SKU but I would have expected a bigger bump considering how much we undertracked it. According to NPD average weekly sales were about 110k per week. With USA being 87% of Americas I would have thought sales would have been about this high with no arcade release.
