PS3 YOY sales may be laughed at, but there will be tons of people giving the reason, in this thread no-one remembered MH3 came out at that time.

If we're nice to Wii YOY drops now, they will be nice towards PS3 YOY drops in September!

It'll lose a lot in September but it will be mostly flat from the 4th post-slim week on. It could be flat or slightly up from the 2nd week on if Move pushes a fair amount of HW. It's already up by over 320k YOY which will likely become about 400k by the end of August. The lead is already so huge that 2009 has almost no chance of catching back up.
