The Move is a pricy Wii-mote? Yes, it is in essence a Wii-mote, I won't even try to contest that but do people know how expensive a Wii-mote still is?
The Move will cost roughly 500NOK per unit here, which is stiff pricing for a controller imo. The Wii-mote will cost you; Remote: 400NOK, Nunchuck: 250NOK, Motion Pluss: 250NOK, Charger: 400NOK. That's 1300NOK for one unit so the Move doesn't appear to me a pricy Wii-mote, it appears to be a cheaper Wii-mote to me. You don't need the charger, but you'll rack up costs for changing batteries anyway and you don't need Motion Pluss, but its kind of a vital bit to make the Wii-mote stand up to its more modern competition in terms of precision. And even without the charger and Motion Pluss, the Wii-mote costs a lot more per unit than Move.
By all means, all else if fair but to call the Move a "pricy" Wii-mote is utter bollocks.
