I haven't read every post but I can't believe nobody has suggested Lost Oddyssey. Great JRPG exclusive to the 360. Also you need to check out all the great games available on Xbox Live Arcade. Limbo, RISK, Geometry Wars Evolved, Shadow Complex, and many more. Obviously if you already haven't you need to go preorder Halo:Reach ASAP.
