Not sure..actually not even sure if it's a public holiday :P my bad...All i know is my bro has a week off due to 'holidays' ..maybe it's his company holiday or something not sure

i'm being at vgchartz for like 4 years now and i didn't realize there was a japonese holiday in early aug.  someone give me a fail graphic quick.
