I don't think it'll sell as well as Prime 3. The trend with Wii games has typically been that sequels sell well below their prequels. Each incarnation of Resident Evil on the Wii has sold less than the previous release (RE4 included, selling the most).
While I'm going to get it because I'm a huge Metroid fan, I already have serious misgivings about the product. Samus doesn't look right, the gameplay looks like it might be too linear (they did say it was going to be more like Fusion, which is the worst game in the franchise), and two hours of cinematics just sounds annoying.
