Wouldn't it be way easier to just go for in vitro fertilization if you actually want a child (leaving aside whether you'll be super happy or slightly less happy) and have such a problem (while still having alive sperm)?
I think most people's precum doesn't contain sperm cells though, and usually some immobile stragglers. The chance is much lower than the chance of the guy simply pulling out too late. Anyway, that really should be up to the girl, IMO, at least as far as pregnancy is concerned. If you're both clean and she's on the pill, no big deal.
If you don't know whether both of you are clean.. well, pulling out or not matters much less there.
