Honestly, the illegal abortion that Demi Moore's character was having in the first 1/3rd of If These Walls Could Talk is by far the most grousome scene I have ever seen in any movie. I stopped watching the movie after that 'cause I was nauseated and could barely stand up.
You're lucky 'cause you'll never have to worry about getting a vasectomy. That whole procedure scares me (though I understand it's a standard one, I generally geat freaked out by medical procedures anyway).
