Motion controls where already there in 2006 but Wii showed how they could be applied to videogames and turned them into mainstream.

motion controls were not there so much and not with a controller

3D is already there fully

and don't forget that motion controls got big because of the small price and other consoles having very high price

PS4 won't be high priced

3DS will do the same with 3D, so that every phone manifacturer or console producer will have to introduce 3D in their device, while now it's just some kind of add to systems which could live and sell without it.
