Supposebly they upgraded the PS3 move bundle from 250GB to 320GB, but that's just a rumor around the net.

 

It would be smart though, offer a 160GB ps3 for the same price as the old 120gb, doesn't cost much, and gives the consumer more HDD space to buy psn content.
