| axumblade said: What the hell are you going on about? First of all, you bring up Gamefly because I agree with something that was posted by another person. Despite them mentioning gamefly, I didn't even bother bringing it up because as I said initially "I don't give a fuck about Gamefly." Which let me clarify, means I don't care for the service, but nor do I have anything negative to say about it. It's just not for me. Hense again, why I said I don't care about it. Probably not the nicest way for me to state it, but you randomly jump in to attack me about Gamefly instead of having anything of any value to say about anything else I wrote. Second, where did I even say I spend $60 dollars on games? If it's a game I'm really looking forward to, I'll buy it at full price. Most of the time I wait for either price drops, buy games on sale (buy 1 and get one half off is generally the type of sale I go for or a buy 2 get 1 free sale works just as fine for me) or if they are from Sony or Microsoft, I buy the games off of their training sites because I work in retail. So do not generalize me based on some stupid assumption you have made for me. Third, I didn't say it doesn't have its benefits. I was pointing out why it wasn't a service for me. Hense why my scenario was based off of my opinion of why it doesn't do anything for me. I didn't say "People hate gamefly because of this..." or "people should not use gamefly because of this reason." And btw, tell me I lack logic again, and you will see just how illogical I can get on this forum. |
What are you babbling about? Are you pretending you didn't respond explaining to me why you prefer to buy retail games vs renting?
Here's a reminder, "For full retail games (and I mean for PS3), I'd rather just buy the games and have a physical copy of my own. This way when I want to pick the game back up and play it, I don't have to wait to get it back. I am way too spontaneous when it comes to my game selection so I'd rather not have to wait for my game to get delivered (much less for Gamefly to have an available copy to send me)." That's what I was responding to.
I rented many games from Gamefly while they were still full price. That's one of the perks. Not having to wait for them to become dirt cheap in a bargain bin or online. And if you still really want them down the road, you can still buy them cheap.
If it doesn't have benefits, why did you go on a whole negative rant about it? Why rant about how you rather own a game than rent it?
I'm merely responding to what you're saying. Did you just realize how dumb this conversation is?
