PS3 just had a huge boost in Japan from a recent release. Wii will be back on top of it next week..

Again, Wii being down like this is NORMAL. It is on its fourth year and is going through a slow period during the summer where many people are outside enjoying the weather. What is Abnormal is the 360 being way up, which is the result of a new model.

So is a console thats way more expensive and is up YOY by a comfortable margin as opposed to the wii thats going to start to be down quite sharply from now on.

That said i also dont think wii sales are bad, they are pretty good, only that the HD consoles are starting to pick up steam, and are  still at a high price, witch means when they get price cuts they will rise there sales some 15% to 20% again,  while wii is deflating fast and with nintendo focusing more and more on 3DS, next year wii maybe  in big trouble

No it won't, we have the DS for that. Wii will defitnetly outsell Ps1 that's for sure.
