Japanese Developers know that by creating living characters , makes the experience much better, as aside to what most Western developers do is that they create a good looking scenary

to me creating good character has a much much better effect than good looking scenary and crappy character behaviours

Then you have PD who create amazing cars but crappy scenery! lol j/k
