Well... I think that Sony learned with the PS3 that launch a console at a (VERY) high price in the beggining and start after the others its not a good idea... They didnt got the hype of the PS2 era and because of those mistakes, lost the war this time. Sony have great games/franchises and a legion of fans, and is always bringing awesome franchises to its consoles(This time with LBP, Uncharted, Infamous). For me Sony will won the next war if they release something at a good price(and Backwards compatibility with PS3 would b cool as well:D).
EDIT: Bout the PSP2, put 2 analog sticks and Modern Warfare 2 Portable with nice online. IT WILL SELL A LOT IN AMERICA!!!
