Why not? You can't think of anyone who would want to start a war for ethical reasons. Weren't there people who wanted to go to war in Sudan?
What if Bush was one of those people for example, and convinced himself it was an ethical war?
Afterall Iraq had no benefit to the US... and there really was no way anyone could see a benefit.
Hell Oil is less stable a commodity now then it was when Saddam ruled. When Saddam ruled we could of got much more oil.
