I think there was a small-scale research of a sort a couple of years back. It was about predictions and how well they came true. Well guess what? Pachter got the most right.
(Either that, or he was close to the top at least.)
That said, I don't like the man too much. It isn't necessarily because it's wrong, it's just that I think I don't like him.
