I'll agree with that. From Sonic 4, i'm getting the vibe of "quit your bitching, here's your 2D Sonic," in the sense that they're just kinda tossing it out there. The fact that Sonic Team itself apparently doesn't have enough time to entirely develop it attests to that.

 

Actually, is Dimps involved in Colors at all? Or is it straight Sonic Team like Secret Rings and Black Knight were?


I think Dimps is doing the DS version.

I do disagree with your statement about 2D sonic. I think they would not bother and delay it if it was a basic "lets shut up the 2D bitching" type of game.

Dimps was making it and I believe Sega realized about the massive response that the game is getting and have decided to delay it and work with Dimps to make it better.

Otherwise, I'm looking to play Sonic colors but if there isn't a classic controller set up, ill be playing it on my PC using an emulator. Can't stand waggle in fast sonic games. On the PC, with the 360 pad, its just mapped to a button and it works million times better.
