And why have you not bought Metroid Prime Trilogy? WiiWare has the incredible Cave Story, which should scratch that Metroid itch perfectly. You may also want to consider Bit.Trip.Runner, the Artstyle games, Art of Balance, or Chronos Twins DX. Finally, there's Virtual Console. You're a platformer action/adventure guy, so you'll find a s***ton of classics there. Some games to highlight: Sonic 3, Blaster Master, and DKC 2.
