Never say never.  I could see XSEED or Atlus or Ignition or someone going for it.  The Enterbrain (ie: Famitsu) connection doesn't hurt either, they're producing the game and own the IP.

I guess there's a chance for Rising Star picking it up for an European release, but I hope someone else does it because RSG are really slow.
