wii demographic don't like that kind of games.
i don't mean core nintendo player, but the high % of casual gamers the console have.
nintendo doens't even do if any 17 or m rated games so that demographic that third party aims for doesn't exist.
though if next console was porting friendly they will eventually happen, but even then not be surprise sony and microsoft version sell better with smaller userbase.
nintendo likely will try to make unexpensive console, knowing their success with the wii, though low specs mean games that are different may end up in the wii, they may not sell much but at least u will see some interersting things or remakes. (if they don't end up in portables PSP2 , 3ds)
