They could have a much better 3rd party support than they have now, but I think they need to do something really special (like with the 3DS on the handheld market) or releasing their console earlier than MS and Sony and have at least almost equal graphical power.
What I highly doubt is that they will have a better 3rd party support than Sony or MS, simply because game developement is much more expensive than in the past and it will be even more expensive in the future. So I think 3rd parties will always try to release their games on all platforms. We have already seen it this gen. Exclusive deals are possible of course (would be considered 2nd party then) but especially Nintendo is not a company that does that often.
