Yay! Seems there's two delivery options. 6 Euro "signed for" and 3.5 Euro "not signed for" what the heck is that?

Is this new though? I not want a used copy.

Signed for means you need to be there when they deliver, not signed for and you don't, but I think signed for gives you more insurance
