So basically... What you are saying is... Wii has no games (compared to PS3)?

It has had barely any significant releases this year and it's STILL selling more than PS3.

Duh, it's the Wii. Of course it's outselling the PS3... But has it ever been this close to the PS3 on a weekly basis? Close to being outsold in EMEAA, being outsold in Japan and

I just think it's weird that despite a Pricecut and it's biggest system seller... It's down by a LOT YoY.

Is the sole reason for the Wii's YoY drop, a lack of quality software? Who's fault is this lack of quality software on the system?

The Wii is lower now, with a $199 price, than the same time last year at $249.

You're right in thinking it's low. Past 360 and PS3 cuts have kept it up YOY before, but for some reason Wii is already down to it's lowest ever sales.

If it doesn't get a price cut this xmas, and with no NSMB ...

I'm amazed Nintendo fans think Nintendo can bring out a game every xmas and it'll reinvigorate sales ...

Why do you propose so many people think this? Becuase it is often true. The numbers don't lie.

DKC Returns has the potential to single handedly drive Wii sales this holiday, as NSMB Wii did (though to a lesser extent). People love 2D siderscrollers, and people REALLY love Donnkey Kong Country. There is going to be a lot of crow eating when this game ignites Wii sales.

Remember, Donnkey Kong Country sold 9 1/2 million copies, on a console with a 40 million userbase.
