F1 2010 will probably be in the 7 to 9 range, Gran Turismo 5 anywhere from 3 to 8. And no, I don't have a racing wheel, I'm happy with standard controls.

It seems the unanimous decision here is that GRID and DIRT 2 are the best racers. I think both are on PC, which means I could get to play them with great grafix plus a racing wheel

I do... a lot, lol (except HD Concept, which was pretty crappy). How come guessing it'll be 3-8 means I don't like it?!
Everything that's 8 or higher on that list is an excellent game imo. Everything below 14 pretty meh. The stuff in the middle 'good'.
