My dog is cheering I tell you. She loves open world games. She loves the freedom to run around and explore and sniff on everything.

Yes it means that, Ken Rolston won't be involved with TES V.

I just hope its got cool clans like Oblivion and a good, pretty landscape, not like Fallout 3!
