Look I don't like Najad at all, i hate his policies and all that stuff. However he isn't the biggest dictator in the world, by far and wide. You dont see Iranians who oppose him dead on the street( and dont tell me you do, you get alooot of opposition voices in iran unlike other dictatorship countries in the region). However, other dictators who are worse get the full support of the west in contrast (Saudi is just one country out of many in the region).
Oh btw the West do not oppose najad for his dictatorship, oh not at all. It's because they dont want him having nuclear resources(not even for generating power), but other countries can have that power. You cant do that, that is world dictatorship, and that's what is really happening
