You people really didnt read the thread topic. Its hypothetical in the mannor of that the guy will wear a condom and the female on birth control. There is no procreation at all to be considered.
Truthfully there are people who have sex for fun, not procreation. So this topic should stay on that idea. Siblings, rents, etc having sex for fun. Thats it.
Stay on topic, if you want to talk about the procreational effects of incest take it to another thread.
edit: I feel that real incest is wrong, but hentai incest can be funny as freaking hell. Especially if there are comment boxes where other people make fun of it.
