You forget that there is a internet entry (or wifi adapter) in all consoles. The "leg" of a game has changed this generation. People want to play online, with friends or achieve reputation.
Once again: Can you see 2 or 3 milion players at the same time playing GT5 online?
GT 1 to 4 were the best racing games for consoles at their time. Today we have Forza, Blur, Need For Speedy, Gothan and more.
You have to see, Reach won`t be any concurrent this spring until MOH, it will be alone at the stores for more than a month.
GT5 will face Fallout New Vegas, AC Brotherood, COD, MOH and TFU 2 in las than 4 weeks.
How can anyone belive GT5 alone can draw more atetion than 5 of the major realeases of the year?
