Normally yes, but the dark, spooky amosphere might put them off.  dunno. 

Wii already has a ton of platformers, so if this one is to stand out (beyond Mickey which has no street cred in this medium) then the gameplay will have to be exceptional.    I hope it is.   But not seeing it so far.
