I assume that was directed at me?  I am a user of all three current generation consoles actually.

It is naive to think that the Xbox 360 has no effect on the PS3 and vica versa.  The more sales one has proportionate to the other, the easier it is for that console to secure exclusives in the future, something that is especially critical with their new motion controls.

Well first off, Sony ain't Ps3 only.

Each console is pretty cheap so most people shouldn't have problems owning both consoles at this late of the gen.And for exclusives in the future, its would had mattered few years back. Motion Controls are on both consoles unique so they won't have same games. Both consoles are doing great unlike few years back so puplishers aren't afraid that game will flop on release.
