Yeah, plasma was the best (Pioneer Kuro to be exact)

However most test indicate that laser TVs are slightly better when it come sto colors. They seem to jump off the screen a little better.

The laser ones are pretty heavy but the regular DLP TVs from mitsubishi really don't weigh that much when you think about it. 60 lbs for 60 inches is quite good...

Otherwise I agree that its a shame that these TVS are US only products. I actually think its a shame that DLP technology is going away, Mitsubishi is the last manufacturer making them. Bang for the buck...they just can't be beat.
