Can GTA 4 tip the balance of the PS3/Xbox 360 console war in favor of Xbox?

I don't think that the episodic content is really going to make people buy 360 version over PS3 version, just that there will probably be five to seven million more 360 owners than PS3 owners, meaning that it inherently will sell well.
