Can GTA 4 tip the balance of the PS3/Xbox 360 console war in favor of Xbox?

To the Topic: UM no haha. Since when has one game, especially multiplatform game, ever won a generation or even move it moreso in one direction. I mean some exclusives have done that but a multiplatform game haha. Hell and the exclusives that did it really were driven by other things as well.
