Can GTA 4 tip the balance of the PS3/Xbox 360 console war in favor of Xbox?

Name one game that is on the market that looks and runs significantly better on the PS3 upon simultaneous release?  Have you been under a rock the last year?  It is factual by now that there are some issues with getting the power out of the PS3...  I'm not saying its crappy (I own one), it is just much more difficult to get the power out of it...

The games will get better but so far 360 is out performing and out delivering the PS3 this generation...

Actually, in Game Informer's most recent magazine, I saw the first game that was given the nod on the PS3 over the 360 version.  I can't remember which game it was though. 

 Up until now, I don't think I've seen any that way. It was always "360 wins out because"... (online play, graphics, framerates, etc)
