I think Samus' voice and dialouge is fitting considering the character sakomoto is trying to make her out to be. They said in that interview thing that Samus doesn't really know how to be human and that fits perfectly of what we know of her. The dialouge sounds like its from someone who overanalyze's stuff and doesn't really know how to talk to others which i think fits samus perfectly
Also the soldier's dialouge isn't bad at all, it isn't amazing good but its still ok
