WiiSports Resort "Corrupted" my Wii? (& how I fixed it WITHOUT paying $80)

Good to know.    Sakura Wars gave me all kinds of problems.  It'd start and play okay but when closing it and returning to Wii I'd often get this kind of message and need to do a hard reboot.
