Go back and read one of the threads on evolution. There is a wealth of knowledge and evidence available on how the intricacies of life have evolved to how they are now and are still evolving. Life is really not the best case for intelligent design either as if it were designed it'd be the most "unitelligent" and shoddy design ever created. Take the appendix for instance, why would any designer place an organ in your body that does nothing except randomly kill you?
Just because you find "shit like that" highly complicated doesn't mean we don't have full explainations of how many of them came about. We might have gaps in our knowledge, but science is there to fill them and that is what is currently happening.
