This is why all the dooomed stuff is so boring. Both are viable, both sell a lot of SW and neither is going anywhere soon.
360 doing particularly well at finding the right time to stave off the slumps, while PS3 seems to be on more of a slow but steady increase track.
Taken on their own merits both HD consoles are doing well and show every sign of both getting to very good LTD sales.
I expect 360 to nudge ahead up to December due to Reach/360s. But I figure GT5 plus the strong lineup of exclusives on PS3 will keep things close overall.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
