Hard to remember them all right now but I think these are my top 5 moments so far this gen:
5. No More Heroes (Wii): The fifth ranked assassin boss "fight" (Henry's first appearance).
4. Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3): The "Beauty and the Beast" corps' first appearance ("Show me your rage!")
3. Uncharted 2 (PS3): The whole helicopter chase and collapsing building sequence (actually that whole level is great).
2. Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3): The end of act 3; starting with the motorcycle chase and continuing to the end cinematic where liquid takes control (wonderfully directed).
1. Bioshock (X360/PS3): Three words: "Would you kindly?" (just amazing) and the reveal of Atlus' true identity. I mean seriously, few movies or books have plot twists of this magnitude.
