I doubt it's gonna require anything huge to play at reasonable settings, the original didn't, and I think the same will be true here.
I think your current setup should do well enough.

Yeah, you're technically locked to your class, but all classes are very versatile. If a class can wield a certain weapon, they will be good at using that weapon. So warriors are efficient with bows and rangers are efficient with melee weapons. All classes are built so they can give support to their team too.
