btw, grimes, i'm not predicting the "death" of apple at all. I'm merely saying that because it is facing much tougher competition for two of its products, and because tougher competition usually results in a decline in marketshare, that it will be losing marketshare and ultimately profits because of this. I'm calling my broker next week on an option trade and it looks like I have a decent chance of winning. : )) |
You're assuming Apple is stuck in it's current markets and can't improve. Apple has shown that it can develop new markets and refresh its existing products like no other company can.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
