Have you ever agreed to a villain's point/concept in a game?

I liked Seymour's idea of becoming Sin to kill everyone and release them from the suffering of existence. I mean in Spira, the dead can walk, talk, fight as long as they don't get "sent" so everyone dying wouldn't have been so bad.
