dreamcast is the only one that was officially $50, but that was a while after it was discontinued.  GC had a deal for $50 on amazon in 2008, that was just an amazon thing to clear stock.  It will probably not happen to the PS2, no point in losing money on it when it is dead and doesn't sell software.  Certainly no official $50 price drop.
