If the CC number has changed there is no way for them to charge it to the new card. Of course TECHNICALLY they could go after you via legal means (broken contract), but considering they didn't send you the product, and it is only a game costing like $50 I don't think there is a chance in hell they would bother. It's also gonan be a hot seller, they won't get stuck with it collecting dust. I would monitor your credit rating thoug, just in case. And for God's sake don't use freecreditreport.com! annualcreditreport.com is the federally mandated by LAW yearly credit check. It's actually free, not a scam, a mandated by Congress to be available to you once a year. Anything else is likely a scam. Especially if you see it on TV.
